DoubleU Hub - PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how DoubleU Games Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us”), with an address at 16F, Gangnam Finance Center, 152 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul 06236, Republic of Korea, collects, uses, and discloses personal information in connection with the DoubleU Hub community website at hub.doubleucasino.com, including the DoubleU Plaza metaverse space at hub.doubleucasino.com/plaza (together, the “Community Site”). It is incorporated by reference into the DUC Community Terms of Service. The DoubleU Casino game is operated separately and is governed by its own privacy policy. The DoubleU Hub community website and the DoubleU Plaza metaverse space are provided together, and this document applies to both. The Community Site may be used without signing in; we collect the device and usage information described below from all visitors, whether or not they sign in.

1. Information We Collect

When you use the Community Site, we collect:

• Account identifier: your DoubleU Casino account identifier, used to authenticate your actions and to deliver in-Game bonuses.
• Community interaction data: likes and engagement records; slot-voting participation and selections; daily quiz participation and results; fortune-feature participation; DUC News article and content view history; and jukebox interaction data.
• DUC Lounge data (when launched): posts, comments, reactions, reports you submit, search terms, and related activity logs such as posting and editing timestamps.
• DoubleU Plaza (metaverse) data: avatar settings selected from preset options, and activity logs within the virtual space (such as session times and areas visited). DoubleU Plaza does not currently offer chat, messaging, or file upload; if such features are introduced, this Policy will be updated before they become available.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, and activity logs, collected automatically including through cookies and similar technologies.
• Sign-in data from linked accounts: where you sign in with your DoubleU Casino account that is linked to a third-party social media service (such as Facebook), we receive your account identifier and basic profile information from that service in accordance with its permissions. No new account is created on the Community Site.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate and provide the Community Site and its features.
• To operate and provide the DoubleU Plaza metaverse space, including avatar display and movement within the shared virtual space.
• To provide sign-in-based interactive features using your Game account.
• To deliver in-Game bonuses you earn through participation.
• To display aggregated interaction counts, such as the number of likes or current voting percentages.
• To prevent fraud, spam, and abuse, and to moderate content and handle reports.
• To analyze usage and improve the Community Site, and to enforce our Terms and Community Guidelines.

3. Public Nature of Community Content

Content you post or share on the Community Site, and certain profile information such as your user identifier, may be publicly visible to other users. You have no expectation of privacy in content you make public, and search engines may index public content.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use strictly necessary, functional, and analytics cookies to operate the Community Site, remember your preferences, and understand usage. Where required, non-essential cookies are used only with your consent, which you can manage or withdraw through our cookie settings. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. How We Disclose Information

We disclose personal information to service providers that host, analyze, and support the Community Site, subject to appropriate contractual protections; to our affiliates, including in connection with delivering in-Game bonuses; and where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

6. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as you use the Community Site and as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as necessary for our legitimate business purposes and applicable laws; to comply with any legal, accounting, or reporting obligations; to resolve disputes; to protect our assets and prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate registrations; to efficiently operate our business; and to enforce our agreements. If you delete your account, your posts and comments will remain but will be de-identified, except where we must retain records for legal compliance and enforcement.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. California residents have additional rights described in our California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA). To exercise your rights, contact us at support@doubleucasino.com. If you use the Community Site without signing in and therefore have no account with us, we will verify your request using the information you provide (such as the email address on which you contact us) and, where we cannot reasonably verify your identity or link the request to information we hold, we may be unable to comply.

8. Children

The Community Site is intended for users 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we will delete such information promptly upon becoming aware of it.

9. International Users; EU/UK

Our EU/UK representative for data protection matters is VeraSafe. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information on the lawful bases described in this Policy and honor the rights available under those laws.

If you signed in using a linked social media account, you may also request deletion of the data we received from that service by contacting us at the address above.
