DoubleU Hub - CCPA/CPRA PRIVACY NOTICE

DoubleU Games Co., Ltd. provides this California Privacy Notice to describe how we collect, use, and disclose personal information about California residents in connection with the DoubleU Hub community website at hub.doubleucasino.com, including the DoubleU Plaza metaverse space at hub.doubleucasino.com/plaza (together, the “Community Site”), and the rights available under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA/CPRA”). This Notice supplements our Community Privacy Policy and applies only to California residents. The DoubleU Hub community website and the DoubleU Plaza metaverse space are provided together, and this document applies to both.

1. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

• Identifiers, such as account name/identifier, online identifier, and IP address. (shared for cross-context behavioral advertising)
• Internet or other electronic network activity information, including likes, slot-voting, quiz and fortune participation, content view history, and — when the community board is available — posts, comments, reactions, reports, and search terms; and, for DoubleU Plaza, avatar settings selected from preset options and in-space activity logs. (shared for cross-context behavioral advertising)
• Commercial information related to in-Game bonuses delivered in connection with community participation.
• Geolocation data (coarse, derived from IP), if applicable.
• Inferences, if applicable.
• Sensitive personal information, limited to account log-in credentials. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use it to infer characteristics.

2. Purposes for Which We Use Personal Information

We use these categories to provide and operate the Community Site and its features; deliver in-Game bonuses; ensure security and prevent fraud; moderate content and handle reports; and perform analytics and service improvement. We also use these categories to operate and provide the DoubleU Plaza metaverse space, including avatar display and movement within the shared virtual space.

3. Sources and Disclosures

We collect personal information directly from you and automatically from your device, and we disclose it to service providers (such as hosting and analytics providers) and to our affiliates, for the business purposes described above. We collect this information from visitors whether or not they sign in.

4. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, we share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We use third-party advertising and measurement technologies in connection with the Community Site, which disclose personal information — such as online identifiers, device and browser information, and your activity on the Community Site — to advertising partners so that we can measure the performance of our advertising and show you advertising for our games on other websites and platforms. The categories of personal information we share are identifiers and internet or other electronic network activity information. We do not share sensitive personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.

Your right to opt out

You may opt out of the sharing of your personal information at any time by using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of the Community Site or by adjusting your choices in Cookie Settings. We also honor opt-out preference signals sent by your browser or device, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out for that browser or device. We do not require you to verify your identity in order to opt out, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Cookies set across our websites

The Community Site operates on a subdomain of doubleucasino.com, and cookies set on the DoubleU Casino website — including advertising cookies — may also be sent when you visit the Community Site. Your opt-out choice applies to advertising cookies used in connection with the Community Site; the privacy disclosures applicable to the DoubleU Casino website describe its own practices.

5. Your California Privacy Rights

• Right to delete personal information, subject to exceptions.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. See Section 4 for how to exercise this right.

6. Retention

We retain each category of personal information for as long as you use the Community Site and as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as necessary for our legitimate business purposes and applicable laws; to comply with any legal, accounting, tax, or reporting obligations; to resolve disputes; to protect our assets and prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate registrations; to efficiently operate our business; and to enforce our agreements.

You may submit a request through support@doubleucasino.com. We will verify your request consistent with the CCPA/CPRA. You may use an authorized agent as permitted by law. Because the Community Site may be used without signing in, we may not hold an account record for you. In that case we will seek to verify your request using the contact information you provide and other information reasonably necessary to match the request to information we maintain; if we cannot verify the request, we will inform you and explain why.
