COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

These Community Guidelines apply to all conduct and content on the community pages and features of the Site, including metaverse spaces and, when launched, discussion boards. They form part of, and are incorporated by reference into, the DoubleU Hub Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

A. Prohibited Content and Conduct
- • Illegal content or conduct, or content promoting illegal activity, including any promotion of real-money gambling services.
- • Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
- • Sexually explicit content; any content sexualizing or endangering minors (zero tolerance; reported to authorities where required).
- • Impersonation of the Company, its employees, or other users; false claims of affiliation.
- • Spam, unauthorized advertising, phishing, scams, or solicitation, including sale or transfer of Game accounts or virtual items.
- • Posting others’ personal information without consent (doxxing).
- • Content infringing intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
- • Malware, exploits, scraping, automation, or interference with the Site’s operation or security.
- • Circumventing age requirements, bans, or moderation measures.

B. Metaverse-Specific Rules
- • Avatar names, appearances, and in-space behavior must comply with these Guidelines.
- • No stalking, blocking-evasion, or disruptive behavior toward other users in shared virtual spaces.

C. Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent ban, at the Company’s discretion and depending on severity. Serious violations may also affect your linked Game account.
